We are a couple of successful local business people looking to invest our own money into local business opportunities. There is never a fee to apply or any other costs. Our concept is really simple, make equity investments in small companies run by smart people who do not want to or need to go through the long and formal fund raising process sometimes found with traditional angel/venture capital groups.

Our Focus

We invest $10,000 to $200,000 into new or established companies who have solid business ideas that can potentially achieve profitability quickly. If your business projections involve raising several rounds of funds prior to reaching profitability, we’re probably not the right investors for your business. However, if you believe you need less than $200,000 to start generating healthy cash flows, talk to us!
